Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the site, submitting a deposit, purchasing entries, or using any feature of CryptoPot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of participation in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether access to this platform is lawful where you are located.
- You may only use the platform for yourself and not on behalf of another person, group, or commercial operator.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure at all times.
3. Account Integrity
Each user must maintain one honest, non-abusive platform identity. Accounts created or used to manipulate bonuses, referral flows, public results, game logic, support operations, or platform metrics may be restricted, reviewed, suspended, or permanently closed.
- No account farming, no disguised duplicate identities, no fraudulent referrals.
- No abuse of payment review flows, chargeback-style deception, or misleading transaction claims.
- No attempts to probe, automate, reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit platform logic.
4. Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals
CryptoPot currently operates with USDT on the TRC20 network. Users are responsible for entering correct payment details, sending supported assets on the correct network, and accurately submitting transaction information when required.
- Deposits are only credited after successful internal review and/or confirmation workflow.
- Incorrect network usage, incorrect wallet destination, duplicate transaction claims, or mismatched payment details may delay or invalidate a request.
- Visible balances, transaction history, and status labels are part of the user account interface, but final review authority remains with platform records and internal validation.
- Withdrawals may be subject to minimum thresholds, security review, fraud screening, and operational timing.
5. Entries, Draws, and Results
Lottery participation is created through entry purchases associated with an active round. Each round has visible parameters such as ticket price, timing, and prize structure. Users are expected to review round details before entering.
- A round is considered active until platform logic marks it as completed, drawn, closed, or otherwise finalized.
- Displayed countdowns, pool values, and activity indicators are operational interface elements and may refresh as system state updates.
- Recorded draw outcomes, winning allocations, and final round results are authoritative once stored by the platform.
- Where applicable, platform fees and jackpot contributions are embedded into round economics and user-facing summaries.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, collusion, identity abuse, exploit attempts, payment manipulation, or deliberate operational interference.
- Use of scripts, bots, automation, or hidden workflows to gain an unfair advantage unless explicitly allowed by the platform for internal system purposes.
- Use of the platform for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, deceptive transaction routing, or abusive harassment of staff or support channels.
- Publication of false claims intended to damage trust or manipulate payment review without factual basis.
7. Suspension, Restriction, and Enforcement
CryptoPot reserves the right to restrict, suspend, review, or close any account where platform integrity, payment safety, operational security, or fairness is at risk. This may include temporary limitations while internal verification is underway.
8. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While CryptoPot aims for high uptime, fast updates, and accurate display of operational data, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. The platform is not liable for losses caused by external chain congestion, wallet issues, third-party outages, ISP issues, user error, device compromise, or force majeure conditions.
9. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
